Job Title: Manager : Officer Internal Communication.
Job Location : Dubai
 
  Job Responsibilities: 
  • To support the Company's  Brand & Communication team in optimizing and managing company's internal communication channels. The primary objective is to ensure  employees have an exceptional experience on internal channels, being the voice to set the tone and moderate the brand's usage through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement. This role aims to build brand presence and trust, both online and in-person.
  • Professional/Regulatory/Certification Requirements: Professional accreditation in marketing, communications, or journalism – an advantage
  • Specialization: Internal Communications , Social Media Community Management, , Journalism, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: Publishing House, Social Media Agencies, Communications or related industry.
  • Core Activities Experience: Internal communications, brand community management, channel management, social media.

 
 Skills, Tools and Systems Experience:
 
• Due to nature of job and its responsibility, fluency in Arabic is required.
 
• Demonstrated ability in communications content development with creativity.
 
• Ability to apply creative communication techniques effectively on internal channels.
 
• Ability to work well under pressure, adhere to tight deadlines, and collaborate within a team.
 
• Familiarity with content management systems, creative design, and editing.
 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
 
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting preferred.
