Operations Support Specialist - Dubai - UAE

Job Marketing Title:- Operations Support Specialist 

Location:- Dubai, Jebel Ali (JAFZA Office)

Role Summary:-
The role is supporting regional Service managers covering IET Gas services projects on their R&R, covered on the below tasks.

Essential Responsibilities:-
 

• Immigration follow up (arrival to/from country & site)
• Creating Gantt chart
• Support on Outages logistics as Accommodation and Transportation bookings
• Building a Mobilization trackers including all line-up travel and site access requirements as trainings and medical certifications
• Updating Fieldworks with Non-technical data
• Following hour tracker file through the outages.
• Support SMs during outages in daily logistics communication with all assigned resources
• Following with suppliers invoicing
• Uploading Lesson Learned on the tool
• Follow up the TDB docs, (FSRs submission , signed SQCL, One Drive access)

Qualifications/Requirements:
 

• Bachelor certificate from any accredited universities.
• 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft office and Primavera

Desired Characteristics:-
 

• Wellness to learn.
• Solid Communication skills.
• General knowledge on Primavera P6 planning tool.
