Performance Management Specialist - IT Department

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Management Specialist to join their dynamic IT team during a period of transformation. This position will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive performance management strategy. You will be responsible for establishing the Key Performance Indicators, designing a Balanced Scorecard framework and driving continuous improvement within the IT department

Description
Develop and implement a performance management strategy aligned with the department goals and the organisation's strategic priorities Define and establish KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations, projects, and services at all levels Design and implement a Balanced Scorecard framework tailored to the department needs, conducting regular performance reviews as required Collaborate with executive management to develop performance contracts for IT leaders and managers Engage with key internal and external stakeholders across the organisation to communicate performance expectations and enable a culture of accountability Analyse performance data to generate insights and produce regular reports and dashboards that communicate performance trends to stakeholders


Profile
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred) and a Balanced Scorecard professional certification A minimum of 10 years experience in performance management, preferably within the IT domain Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing performance management strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Experience with performance management software and data analysis tools is a significant plus
