Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)

We are always on the hunt for innovative, proactive and passionate marketing and communication professionals who are as excited about properties as we are. This time, we’re looking for a passionate Performance Marketing Specialist to join our award-winning Marketing team.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the performance side of online marketing, leading all facets of digital performance campaigns and social activity designed to generate leads for the sales team.
They will work closely with the Marketing Leads, collaborate on setting up lead-generation campaigns, manage performance, make recommendations on target audiences, and help maximise budgets, ROI and CPC.
By regularly reviewing campaign performance, they will apply modifications for improvement, contribute with ideas, and suggest strategies to create oustanding and effective campaigns that achieve set goals aligned with monthly KPIs.

Key responsibilities:



Work with Marketing Leads to execute performance campaigns across the haus & haus Group. Independently manage and execute various ad campaigns while demonstrating proactive account management to drive leads. Implement agreed campaigns in required tools, collaborating with web, creative and copywriting teams to develop appropriate assets to meet campaign expectations. Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance reports including data insights, results and recommendations – ensuring performance campaigns are generating leads and strong ROI. Maintain strong attention to detail, conducting appropriate testing and reviewing from campaign development to lead management with agents. Manage related tools and platforms for lead generation including Google My Business, Facebook /Instagram Advertising campaigns and web tools. Make proactive suggestions to improve performance and achieve KPIs while aiming to achieve maximum profitability. Identify critical conversion and drop off points, optimising user funnel. Update tasks and projects using Monday.com.

What you will need:



3+ years of experience in similar roles within online marketing and performance campaigns. Demonstrated success setting up and optimising online campaigns using performance marketing tools for SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns. Experience executing fast paced lead-generation campaigns for multiple projects at once. Above average English skills – ability to clearly communicate results and recommendations verbally and in written reports. A proactive attitude to go above and beyond, passion about delivering outstanding execution and driving results for the business. Knowledge of Dubai real estate is a plus.
