Plumber

We are seeking experienced and skilled Plumbers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role demands professionals who are adept at troubleshooting plumbing issues, ensuring all installations and repairs meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency, and comply with UAE regulations.

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
  
• Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, pipe fitters, and steamfitters in installing and repairing plumbing systems.
  
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently with minimal disruption to the environment.
  
• Read blueprints, drawings, and other specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  
• Plan and execute the installation of plumbing systems in new buildings, including laying out pipe routes, cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and fixtures.
  
• Inspect plumbing systems and perform maintenance as required to ensure functionality and compliance with national, state, and local codes and regulations.
  
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems, and make necessary adjustments and repairs.
  
• Provide cost estimates for plumbing services and projects to assist in budgeting and planning.
  
• Ensure all safety standards and procedures are followed to reduce the risk of injury and comply with industry and government regulations.
  

• Minimum of 2 years UAE experience as a Plumber.
  
• Technical diploma or certification in Plumbing, or a related field.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, including water supply, heating systems, and sanitation systems.
  
• Familiarity with the UAE's plumbing codes and regulations.
  

• Proficiency in using plumbing tools, power tools, and equipment.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  
• Excellent physical condition and strength, with the ability to work in cramped spaces.
  
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues to clients and team members.
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and floor plans.
  

• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
  
• Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by the job.
  
• Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and to continue learning about new plumbing techniques and equipment.
