Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish mutually beneficial relationships.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, new products, and cost-saving opportunities, manage vendor performance, including monitoring quality, delivery time, and resolving any issues or disputes.
Review purchase requisitions, solicit bids, and evaluate proposals to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.

Qualifications:
Open to Russian and Ukrainian nationalities.
Male, 40 years old and below.
At least 4 years work experiences as a procurement executive or similar role, dealing with steel pipe fittings (butt-weld fittings, flanges, weldolets, etc.)
Must have knowledge of pipe fittings manufacturers globally, relevant industry, and market trends, pipe fittings production and technological process.
Must have great communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external supplier.
