Job Description

  • Coordinate project activities, resources and information.
  • Liaise with project Manager & PE for ordering Materials from HQ (Germany)
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers for Quote & delivery of the Materials.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Includes - Preparation of method statement & Risk assessment.
  •    Preparation of O&M manuals.
  •     Preparation of technical submittal.
  •     Basic changes in AutoCAD drawings.
  •     Preparation of presentations as per requirements.
  • Follow-up with logistics team to ensure planned delivery schedules.
  • Handle important & supersensitive portals for company such as (Dubai Airports/ ADA Airports)
  • Coordinate with supplier to get the documents for PTW & passes for various projects.
  • Close coordination to update PM & PE for PO creations.
  • Support project managers and teams in organizing meetings, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • To keep track record for all initiated orders & follow-up.
  • Close coordination's with India team to ensure releasing the PO.
  • To handle all support enquiries required by site engineers who are working under PE.
  • Communications with HR companies for monthly timesheets.
