Job Description
Design, develop, and implement smoke management systems for HVAC systems in various projects Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations Perform site inspections and testing to verify the effectiveness of smoke management systems Prepare project documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the design and installation process Coordinate with stakeholders to address any concerns or changes to the smoke management system design Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to smoke management systems Provide training and support to project team members and clients on smoke management system operation Ensure quality control and safety standards are met throughout the project
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in the construction industry, specifically with commercial and industrial projects Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Strong technical skills in HVAC design software and AutoCAD Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Physical ability to perform site inspections and testing
