Project Manager

Our client is one of the leading Turnkey Design, Fit-out, and Furniture Solutions Providers in the UAE.

We are in search of a Project Manager to join their team in Dubai. 

Requirements:

• Drawings and Layout understanding. Project Planning & Execution, Client Handling. Confident, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing retail fit-out projects in UAE,
  Hospital, Villa, and Office are added advantages.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, design, budgets, resource allocation, and scope of work for the completion of the project, and allocate the responsibility to individuals.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to get a detailed execution plan for the project and understand the BOQ including, design, drawings, material, labor, etc.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets
• Cordially work with all pertinent departments and obtain necessary approvals, including those from government authorities, Landlords/Mall Management, and clients (regarding drawings and materials).
• Ensure that the project maintains high-quality standards by regularly conducting inspections and quality checks. Notify the relevant team of any issues or deviations from the project specifications.
• Provide regular updates to both clients and management regarding the progress of the project by submitting reports on a daily and weekly basis.
• Act as a primary contact for clients and represent the company by providing regular project updates and addressing client concerns whenever required.
• Take responsibility for the project and work as a team on the successful completion of the project.
