JOB TITLE: Account Executive / SAE or Account Manager / SAM (Marketing and Communications)

BASED: Dubai, UAE

REPORTING TO: Head of PR & Strategic Communications 

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Join our dynamic team as either an Account Executive or Account Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of client relations and strategic campaign management. Whether you're a seasoned Senior Account Manager or a driven Account Executive looking to take the next step, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between clients and our agency, ensuring the successful delivery of integrated marketing and PR initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a key liaison between clients and the agency, understanding their needs and ensuring clear communication throughout projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance and support.
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and PR strategies to meet client objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and insights.
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities to enhance client delivery and drive results.
• Support the development of campaign plans, content creation, and market research activities.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects using project management tools such as Clickup.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client offerings.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Arabic speaking is highly desirable. 
• A demonstrable, strategic mindset applied to every situation.
• High energy, curiosity, strong personality and a hunger to learn.
• A background in working in an Agency environment (ideally Corporate and Consumer)
• Strong project and/or account management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.  
• Proven track record in PR or integrated marketing, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
