Job Purpose
Responsible for site Quality inspections, carryout the construction activities with approved quality documents and drawings.
Job Responsibilities
1- Implement project quality plan requirements and comply with client quality requirements.
2- Develop and Implement Inspection and test plan for the project activities
3- Carryout quality control inspection as per approved ITP with associated check sheets
4- Maintain quality documents compliance to ISO 9001 standard requirements
5- Forecast to inspection requirements and available resources prior to start the inspection activity
6- Raise RFI to the client for quality inspection on project activity
7- Reporting non-conformity of product and services to the quality manager
8- Monitor the implementation corrective and preventive measures on product and services to ensure fulfil ISO 9001 requirements
9- Liase with construction team on quality compliance requirements.
10- Ensure the responsibilities inspection check points to be fulfilled as per approved ITP
Maintain quality document and submit dossier to client prior project completion.
Diploma or Bachelor degree (B.E/ B.Tech) in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor Course certificate (Preferable)
Well knowledge QMS, Good Communication Skills, E&I Inspection Skills, Customer focus, Good knowledge in MS office.
Work ability in multitask disciplines.
