Job Description

Quality Specialist - Car Wash



at CAFU Dubai As a Quality Specialist, you will act as the Quality functional specialist for CAFU Car Wash Operations and be the single point of contact for all Quality related matters.
Working with the Producers management and staff, this position will help ensure all products and services meet company specifications, comply with regulatory requirements, and safeguards CAFU’s brand reputation and customer satisfaction. The Quality Specialist will perform audits, help identify areas for improvement, streamline quality assurance practices, and recommend non-conformances’ corrective actions as appropriate. The position will be instrumental in the generation of a QMS for Car Wash that will be compatible with the requirements of ISO9001.
This position will report on a day-to-day basis to the Car Wash Operations Lead and functionally to the Quality Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee the daily operations to ensure all products and services meet CAFU’s standards and customer expectations. Help develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, standards, and specifications to meet internal, industry and regulatory compliance. Manage the documentation of quality control activities, including sampling and test results, inspection reports, and corrective action plans. Perform quality control tests, analyze results and performance trends, and provide feedback and interpretation to the management teams. Help establish objectives, metrics and KPIs for Car Wash. Create awareness about quality concepts, develop and provide Quality-related training. Coordinate with the procurement function to ensure the quality of materials and consumables from suppliers meets CAFU’s set standards. Develop Quality plans, undertake inspections and audits (including on-location), identify and facilitate implementation of preventive and corrective actions as appropriate. Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to discuss quality issues, brainstorm solutions, and implement process improvements. Investigate customer complaints related to quality, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Assist the Operations Lead in completing the daily report (to include quality issues and incidents). Report to the Quality Supervisor as required.

Skills/Competencies Required



Familiarity with the quality management system ISO 9001. A good understanding of quality standards and regulations to confirm that the company is adhering to its requirements. Attention to detail to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations. The ability to spot even the smallest defects or deviations from CAFU’s set quality standards. Effective problem-solving skills to be able to think critically and come up with creative solutions to quality related issues. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by always looking for ways to enhance the quality of CAFU’s products and services. Strong communication (written and verbal), administrative/logistical skills and ability to interact with different groups/functions. Self-motivated, independent with strong organizational and time management skills. Proactive approach, creative mindset, and ability to solve practical issues on the spot.

Job Prerequisites



Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, logistics, engineering, or equivalent education. Certification(s) in quality management systems like Six Sigma or ISO 9001 is preferred. 3+ years of related experience; preferably in high-growth operations or startup experience. Experience in oil and gas or delivery operations is required.* UAE driver’s license is required
