Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications:

• BSC, in engineering or equivalent
• Fluent English speaking and writing
• AutoCAD, Excel, and plan swift

Key Responsibilities:

• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation including estimation and BOQ preparation
• Track changes to construction drawings and adjust projections accordingly
• Communicate changes and variations to team members and consultant/subcontractors as needed
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers consultant and site engineers as needed
• Measure and value the work done
• Quantity take off
• Preparing Inquiry documents and acquire offers accordingly
• Conduct specifications and price comparison
• Validate and verify BOQ price and scope of works
• Preparation, negotiate and follow up on variations
• Software capabilities AutoCAD, Excel, Primavera and others as needed
