We are currently seeking a Radio Editor who will be responsible for various editorial tasks in radio broadcasting. Your main duties will include finding topics and guests/experts for on-air programs (minimum of 2 per program) and inviting them for interviews. You will also be responsible for communicating with hosts to discuss show topics and content.
In addition, you will be required to:
- Cut highlights from the broadcast on relevant topics for re-broadcast;
- Edit interview segments for re-broadcast or online placement;
- Compile news segments from repeated news broadcasts (selecting individual news items while ensuring smooth transitions), totaling 4 segments;
- Assist hosts with information research as needed.
Furthermore, it is essential that you have a database of potential speakers and experts in various fields.
The radio station will have a business-oriented focus, with minimal music content. Additionally, the station will cover a diverse range of topics such as medicine, technology, sports, finance, real estate, and more throughout its airtime.
