About the job Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing walk-ins.
- Patient Liaison:
- Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Provide information about clinic services, procedures, and appointment details.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing clinic events or promotions.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Efficiently manage appointment schedules, coordinating with medical staff to ensure optimal patient flow.
- Handle appointment cancellations or rescheduling as needed.
- Cash Handling:
- Process patient payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the finance department for billing-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a receptionist in a similar aesthetic clinic setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic scheduling systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Filipino nationality preferred
