What We’re Looking For


  • A proven track record in a Luxury Hotel environment in a Residence or Guest Relations Supervisory role, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with FIVE's award-winning Service Quality.
  • Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
  • A Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a Sensational Guest Experience.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred).
  • The ability to focus on Residents’ Needs, with a calm and courteous attitude that reflects the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
  • A steadfast desire to Improve Customer Satisfaction, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel.

Key Responsibilities


  • Greets Residents, Guests, and Visitors in a Friendly and Professional manner, setting the tone for a ‘FIVE-Star’ Experience from the moment of arrival.
  • Oversees the Efficient Operations of the Front Desk area, ensuring an Exquisite Check-in and Check-out Experience for Guests, with a focus on creating an Exquisite and Organised workspace.
  • Acts as a Central Point of Contact, answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and efficiently directing calls to the appropriate FIVE Tribe Members or Residents.
  • Relays Important Information to Residents through various communication channels, ensuring a seamless flow of information within The Residences.
  • Assists Residents with inquiries, requests, and information about Residence policies and services.
  • Facilitates smooth Move-in and Move-out processes for FIVE Residents, ensuring a Top-Notch and stress-free Transition.
  • Coordinates and Distributes Mail and Packages to Residents with a meticulous approach, maintaining a Curated Experience for each Resident.
  • Assists in the Preparation and Distribution of Residence-related communications and notices.
  • Maintains Accurate Records of Resident information, including contact details and special requests, upholding a High Level of Organisational Perfection that aligns with FIVE’s Standards.
  • Handles basic Administrative Tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management, contributing to the overall Seamless operation of Residence Services.
  • Maintains proper records of payments collected for various ‘FIVE-Star’ services, utility bills, and service charges, providing Residents with invoices and receipts, aiming for Sensational Resident Satisfaction.
  • Has prior experience working on the DTCM portal or relevant platforms, showcasing a commitment to Next-Level service.
  • Monitors access to The Residences with Vigilance, ensuring only authorised individuals enter, contributing to a Secure and Luxurious Experience.
  • Collaborates with Security Personnel to address any security concerns promptly, maintaining a Boundary-Breaking Level of Safety.
  • Always exhibits the Highest Standard of Customer Service, handling basic Resident concerns and conflicts diplomatically, escalating issues to appropriate personnel when necessary while preserving the famed ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
  • Reports Maintenance or Facility Issues to relevant Departments for Resolution, demonstrating a Commitment to FIVE’s Sensational Services and Facilities.
  • Keeps updated records of Emergency Contacts and Resident information, contributing to a Visionary and Comprehensive approach to Safety.
  • Adheres to Legal Requirements regarding Fire Safety, Bomb Threats, and Health and Safety, ensuring a Boundary-Breaking Level of Compliance.
  • Assists with the Impeccable Coordination of events, activities, and amenities, as and when required.
