RequirementsMinimum of 8+ years of UAE experience in Retail Operations / Retail Manager in Fashion or Any Fashion Industry Garment or Ready-mades.Should have experience in handling and managing multiple retail stores within UAE or GCC Region.Should have Work Exposure on Merchandise Buying and Control. Good Work Exposure to Retail Industry for Fashion Merchandise.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead multiple stores around 15 stores across UAELead Retail Sales, Supervise Visual Merchandise, Fashion Merchandise, Fashion Visionary, Retail and Sales planning, work closely with Marketing team, social media team, Focus on walk-ins, Sales conversation, up-sales.Strategic Planning And Sales EnhancementDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.Purchase Control: Manage inventory effectively, ensuring optimal stock levels that meet customer demand without overstocking. Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms and prices.Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions regarding sales strategies, inventory management, and customer preferences.Store Expansion: Identify and assess new locations for potential expansion, considering market trends, demographics, and financial viability.CRM: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective CRM strategies.
