About the job Sales Engineer - Irrigation & Landscaping
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of Irrigation and Landscaping.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Technical Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Irrigation and Landscaping products and their applications.
- Provide technical assistance to clients, offering solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
- Client Engagement:
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales support.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure the successful execution of irrigation and landscaping projects.
- Participate in project meetings, offering technical insights and recommendations.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, projects, and market trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B. Tech - Mechanical).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the UAE, specifically in Irrigation and Landscaping products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems, landscaping products, and related equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
