Role Description
This is a full-time Target based on-site role for an Outdoor Sales Executive. The Outdoor Sales executive will be responsible for field service, customer service, sales, and account management. They will also be responsible for promoting and selling financial brokerage services to potential clients in the UAE.

- Strong background in Sales, Customer Service and Account Management.
- Experience in Financial brokerage, banking, or related industry is preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and should be multitasking.
- Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
- Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
- Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
- Depicting remarkable command to convert leads into customers through passionate discussions and debates.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferable.
- Fluency in English is a must.
Relevant certifications and continuing education in sales and customer service is highly valued.
