Salary: 8,000 AED + Commission

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Manager (Preferably Female) with a proven sales background to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should possess a valid driver's license, exceptional sales skills, and a pleasing personality.

Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to drive sales.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Provide product presentation and personalized service to customers.

- Visit client locations for meetings and product deliveries.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.

- Valid UAE driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.

- Pleasing personality with a professional appearance.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
