Job Description

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
  • Generate leads and cultivate a client base for translation services.
  • Understand and address language service needs of potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive sales performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Skills

  • English & Arabic speaker preferred
  • With sales experience for at least 1 year (preferred)
  • Can assist customer inquiries via phone calls/email/face to face
  • Can make cold callings, email marketing and promote the company services to any social media platforms.
  • At least with knowledge in handling computer applications (MS Office, PDF and Email)
  • Must be self-motivated and comfortable working with little supervision
  • Preferable based in Dubai, UAE
