Job Description
The preferred candidate should possess:
- Over 3 years of experience in order management, involving coordination with customers and the supply chain team.
- Proficiency in understanding and processing documents in compliance with the import regulations of the respective country.
- Interaction with freight forwarders to organize shipping documents.
- Effective negotiation of rates with freight forwarders, aiming to avoid demurrages.
- Prompt processing of Purchase Orders.
- Timely generation of Credit Notes for customers.
- Timely booking and issuance of AP Tracker-related activities.
- Practical experience with reporting and reporting tools.
