Senior Analyst Project & Portfolio Management
ENOC
To actively participate in assessing soundness of Capital projects / opportunities for the Group by independently reviewing the business case of such projects, highlighting specific areas of risks.
Key role of the job holder is to:
Contribute towards the effective implementation of Project Planning & Portfolio management framework
Provide an independent review of projects mandated by the Project Planning and Portfolio Management Manual to support the overall processes aimed at identifying “value creating” business opportunities for ENOC group
Highlight specific influencing factors and contribute to enhancing the Project Portfolio Management Processes with an objective of creating value for ENOC
Conducts thorough evaluation of projects as per project planning guidelines and formats and support the business segments and update required documents
Analyses market/industry specific information (political sphere, economic environment, operational legal framework, competitive environment, etc) to validate project specific market assessment
Estimate the cost of equity in collaboration with key stakeholders of the project
Evaluate market intelligence related to the JV partners to support their identification, evaluation, and selection
Work in collaboration with the key project stakeholders in developing the pre-approval documents for projects such as risk register and project management plans
Validate the financial evaluation of projects / new business opportunities conducted by the business in order to stress test the business case
Conduct activities being part of the project team as assigned from time to time related to business specific project
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related subjects from a recognised university. MBA preferred
Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years’ post qualification experience
Exposure of oil and gas industry is an advantage
