Senior Architect 7+ years exp

• Lead the whole architectural design process, working as more of a Project Architect from initial schematic and concept stage through to completion.
  
• Develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints.
  
• Produce/Oversee high-quality architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations.
  
  

Project Management qualities:

• Main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
  
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development efforts.
  
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  
  

Team Leadership skills:

• Mentor and supervise junior architects and interns, encouraging their professional growth and development.
  
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to integrate specialised expertise into architectural projects.
  

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. 
  
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
  
• Your portfolio should clearly show your experience working on residential and hospitality projects. 
  
• Minimum of 7 years working experience
