SENIOR BIM ARCHITECT

Purpose of the Role:

• Oversee and lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies and processes to optimize project delivery and coordination.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop BIM execution plans and standards in collaboration with project teams.
• Provide leadership and guidance on BIM-related matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of BIM models for architectural components.
• Ensure compliance of BIM models with project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on BIM deliverables to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate architectural BIM models with other disciplines to facilitate multidisciplinary coordination.
• Stay informed about emerging BIM technologies and methodologies to enhance workflows and project outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in BIM software like Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.
• Strong grasp of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Leadership and project management experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in developing and implementing BIM standards and protocols.
