Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering software simulation company in Dubai, a prominent leader in engineering solutions that drive innovation in industries such as Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Senior Consulting Engineer with specialized expertise in advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), focusing on combustion, aero thermal, and multi phase flow modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated proficiency in combustion models (Premixed, Partially Premixed, FGM) with hands-on experience in real-world industrial applications.
- Strong scripting skills, including User Defined Functions (UDF) in Fluent and Python, to enhance simulation capabilities.
- Familiarity with multiphase models such as Eulerian-Eulerian, Eulerian-Lagrangian, and VOF is highly desirable.
- Experience leveraging high-performance computing (HPC) resources for detailed simulations
- Ability to design and deliver customized training workshops tailored to industrial client requirements using simulation software
- Lead the execution of advanced CFD simulations, specializing in combustion, aerothermal, and multiphase flows, to address complex challenges across diverse industries.
- Deliver comprehensive training to clients through both online and onsite sessions, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and project objectives.
- Responsible for accurately estimating consulting costs and timeframes, crafting detailed proposals, managing project execution, and ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Demonstrate agility in learning new concepts and technologies, along with adept problem-solving skills and effective communication with clients and team members.
- Maintain a proactive role within the CFD team, providing technical guidance and serving as a go-to resource for colleagues.
Requirements- B.E./M.E./Ph.D. in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of consulting experience, with a strong foundation in reacting flows, multi phase flows, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and numerical methods.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects utilizing simulation software tools
- Flexibility to travel occasionally, up to 10% of the time.
