As a Senior Graphic/Multimedia Designer, you will have a natural eye for design across print and digital mediums. You will possess the drive to inspire dynamic ideas which connect with our audience. You will be working with a team of designers and videographers in close partnership with the editorial and marketing wings, delivering quality work across our Marketing platforms.
In this role, you will:
Produce fresh, innovative work that translates ideas into compelling visuals for our audience, both print and animated; Present and lead new design ideas for social media platforms, print items, events, branded campaigns and marketing messages; Be involved in and contribute to brainstorming sessions with the team, maintaining our brand identity to develop innovative initiatives; Receive and apply feedback from stakeholders; Analyse trends and keep up with the times, researching new technologies/techniques and how they can be practically applied to our design; Guide decisions and problem-solving by policies, procedures and business plan; receive guidance and oversight from Creative Director/GDM.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Arts; At least 6-8 years of experience in a client-side/agency environment; Experience in developing marketing/advertising campaigns; Experience in print design; Experience in digital and UI/UX design. Strong knowledge of Visual Ideation/Creativity/Typography Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Multimedia Design Software (After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro) knowledge is a must; Good knowledge of Print and UI/UX design theory, Colour Theory; Web Design/Basic HTML & CSS Layout/Conversion Optimization and knowledge of Lightroom, Xd is an advantage. Strong collaborative skills; Fluent English; Excellent communication skills. Self-management & ownership - Ability to manage yourself, your time, your priorities, and changing demands; A keen eye for detail; A can-do and flexible approach; Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment.
