Stryker is looking for a Senior International Order Management Specialist who maintains direct contact with customers, both pre-sale and post-sale, ensuring positive customer relations that significantly impact service and product revenues. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to achieve maintenance services sales goals, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying new business opportunities throughout the sales process.
What you will do:
Coordinate customer service activities to meet goals and customer needs
Provide first-class customer service to Stryker's distributors
Support logistics execution according to customer requirements
Interact with supply chain for inventory availability
Collaborate for correct allocation decisions
Support tactical issues with forwarders and customers
Provide reporting to customers, sales, finance, and regulatory affairs
Identify opportunities for service and process improvement
Participate in projects to improve service, productivity, and cost reductions
Ensure compliance with Quality Management System
Maintain team and individual compliance
Manage sales orders and upload them into Oracle system
Handle letter of credit management for high-value orders
Coordinate customer shipments with Venlo Warehouse
Support sales team with quotation and tender preparations
What you need:
Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, and MS Office applications
3-5 years of customer service and logistics operations experience or equivalent
Experience in international customer service and distribution processes
Familiarity with preparing export documentation
Understanding of international trade
Fluency in English
