Tasks and Responsibilities
Configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Archer GRC platform to align with the organization's cybersecurity policies and risk mitigation strategies. Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation on Archer GRC configurations, processes, and procedures. Providing first-line support to internal users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Archer GRC and other integrated cybersecurity systems. Escalating complex issues to designated teams when necessary. Identifying and implementing improvements within the Archer GRC environment to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the organization's security posture. Contributing to the investigation and resolution of cybersecurity incidents, leveraging Archer GRC for analysis and reporting. Developing and delivering training sessions to educate users on Archer GRC functionalities and best practices.
Requirements
Minimum of 5-6 years of hands-on experience in implementing, managing, and providing support for the Archer GRC tool. In-depth understanding of cybersecurity concepts, risk management frameworks (such as ISO 27001), and industry best practices. Strong grasp of IT infrastructure and networking concepts. Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Must currently reside in the UAE and be willing to travel to KSA, specifically Riyadh, as required by the client.
Desired Skills:
Archer Certified Professional (ACP) certification or equivalent experience. Experience with other cybersecurity tools and frameworks (such as SIEM, SOAR). Proficiency in scripting languages (such as Python, PowerShell).
