Senior Manager- Corporate Finance/ Value Realization

Location: Abu Dhabi

One of our clients, a leading consulting firm in the region is looking to hire a Senior manager- Corporate Finance/ Value Realization.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead corporate finance initiatives and provide strategic advice. 

• Develop advanced financial models independently and collaborate with senior management. 

• Expertise in complex financial modeling and understanding financial instruments is vital. 

• Create bid models for projects and integrate business requirements for forecasting. 

• Enhance existing models, focusing on integration and analysis of financial statements. 

• Proficient in portfolio management, risk assessment, and advising on financial matters. 

• Drive business performance through strategic consulting and advisory roles. 

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. 

• Proficient in Ms Excel, Ms Office, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Power BI and DAX. 

• Skilled in complex formulas, VBA, and macro coding in Excel.

Requirements: 

• 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in at an corporate finance, transaction advisory, boutique corporate finance firm, or the corporate finance division of a recognized accounting firm
• Strong modelling and finance analytics skills 

Strong knowledge of MENA Region economies and general knowledge of global economy 

Suitable candidate must be open to relocating to Abu Dhabi for this role.
