About the Role:


We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Manager to join our Chief of Staff’s Office. This role is integral in supporting our Chief of Staff with operational strategy, project management, and advancing organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills, outstanding communication capabilities, and a solid background in AI and innovation.


 


What you’ll do:


  • Serve as a key advisor to the Chief of Staff, providing in-depth analysis and recommendations on various organizational matters.
  • Support the Chief of Staff in coordinating and implementing strategic initiatives and decisions.
  • Manage and oversee important projects, ensuring they align with company objectives and are delivered on time.
  • Handle stakeholder management, nurturing relationships with essential internal and external partners.
  • Exhibit superior written and verbal communication skills for crafting and delivering reports, proposals, and key communications.
  • Utilize various office tools and technology to increase operational efficiency.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment, working closely with different departments within the organization.
  • Lead and contribute to innovative projects, especially those related to AI, keeping up with sector trends and developments.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial approach to strategizing and executing new projects.

 


What you’ll need:


  • Proven experience in a leading consulting firm with a record of notable achievements.
  • Extensive experience in project management and strategic operations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, both analytical and conceptual.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
  • Proficiency in a variety of office tools and technologies.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and team collaboration.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in innovation and AI.
  • Prior involvement in AI-driven projects or initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher is advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role, preferably in a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial.
