Arabian Ethicals was established in 1977 to service the pharmaceutical industry as an agent for the management, storage, and distribution of manufacturers’ brands to both the private and governmental sectors.

Today, Arabian Ethicals has grown into one of the leading healthcare distributor in UAE, distributing 50 brands across its pharmaceutical core business, animal health, and consumer division.

Principal accountabilities

Strategic

• ·Develop in-depth understanding of principal portfolio
• ·Align with principals on annual sales and orders forecast
• ·Maintaining the company inventory at acceptable levels, defined by the partnership contract and the Group policy
• ·Ensuring Principal approvals regarding stock transfers and Expiry compensation.
• ·Coordinating with all the company departments in order ensure smooth regulatory, Logistic, Finance and sales processes
• ·Develop strong relationships with local and domestic principal representatives
• ·Align with Principals & AE regulatory team on the agreed regulatory strategies
• ·Develop understanding of product pipeline and ensure maximum sales

Operational

• ·Maintain daily communication with principal team
• ·Ensure revenue targets for assigned principals are met

• Bachelor of Pharmacy desired
• MBA from a recognized institution

Skills & Professional Requirements:

• Experience managing key account relationships at operational levels

Experience Requirements:

• 4–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical distribution
• Required UAE and/ or GCC experience; international experience a bonus
