Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in frontline sales.
- At least 2 years specializing in any of Weighing Equipment, Weighbridges, Batching and Packing Machines, Retail Scales & POS, Instrumentation, Industrial Automation, Process Control, or Industrial Tools.
Contract Type: Full-time
Location:Dubai / Sharjah UAE
- Hybrid (Onsite and Remote) / Flexible Location: Option available for Seniors, and highly skilled & experienced applicants.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Execution
- Inbound Sales:Efficiently close sales inquiries.
- Outbound Sales:Actively engage in high-profile B2C/Government and B2B/dealer interactions.
- Outside Sales & Business Development:Expand market presence through direct external sales efforts and strategic business growth activities.
Collaborative Roles
- Sales Coordination & Support:Work closely with inside sales, sales coordinators, and back-office teams to enhance sales processes.
- Marketing & Lead Generation:Collaborate on marketing strategies and lead generation/development to maximize product outreach.
- Product & Market Development:Contribute to product development and conduct thorough market analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
Scope of work
- Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
- Conductmarket research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Seeknew sales opportunities through diverse channels, including social media, digital marketing, and direct networking.
- Sales & Inquiry Handling:
- Managevarious sales types, such as B2C, B2B, direct sales, and project-based sales.
- Handleinquiries received through multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Prioritizeleads with the sales team, focusing on high-value opportunities.
- Customer Support & Engagement:
- Guidecustomers on technical and commercial aspects, aiding in product selection.
- Prepareand manage essential sales documents, including quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI).
- Delivercompelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Leadnegotiation processes, ensuring favorable outcomes.
- Resolvecustomer complaints and objections effectively.
- Operations & Service Delivery:
- Coordinatewith internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high service levels.
- Representthe company at trade exhibitions and conferences.
- Monitorstock levels to support sales activities and demonstrations.
- Feedback & Analysis:
- Collectand analyze feedback for continuous product and service improvement.
- Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Achieveand surpass sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall success.
- Maintaindetailed reports on sales activities and progress.
- Product & CRM Management:
- Overseethe timely update of product information on the website and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Frontline Sales:Minimum of 3+ years, with proven success in closing deals and prospecting.
- Outdoor Sales:More than 1+ year of experience.
- Industry Background:Experience in Mechatronics product sales, with2+ yearsfocusing onindustrial weighing machines,instrumentation,POS,or industrialautomation. To quickly adapt to our product and service portfolios.
- Technical Understanding:Solid grasp of mechatronics, instrumentation & process control, and automation fields.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Negotiation & Marketing:Excellent capabilities in these areas.
- Self-Learning:Strong ability to learn independently, with a confident and disciplined approach.
