Senior Sales Manager
Job Role:
KEY RESULT AREAS:
Sales, Customer Service, Commercial control and reporting, Account Management, Market and Administration.
- Preferred to have similar industry experience.
- Having an affinity to customer service / logistical processes.
- Sufficient experience in handling in Customer complaints.
- Good computer knowledge and experience in using commercial/sales IT systems
- Sound oral and written knowledge of English.
- The Sales Manager does multiple deals with the same customer per year. Therefore good account management
skills are required.
- Must treat confidential information with discretion.
- Must be a team player.
- Stakeholder management.
- Good social and communication skills.
- Self-reliance and initiative.
Personal requirements:
-UAE Nationality with family book.
- Business Management degree or Degree in Economics or Global Economics or International trading or maritime logistics or equivalent degree with a minimum three to five years of experience in a service oriented commercial role.
