Responsibilities：
1. Develop acquisition strategy and management plans to engage creators and partners with livestream experience or strong potential.
2. Oversee a portfolio of livestream creators, manage strategies of livestream best practices and ways to succeed on Kwai. Establish, manage, analyze, interpret and translate key quantitative metrics and business trends around creator performance into strategic insights that drive account growth.
3. Lead, develop and execute projects.
4. Define new processes for improving current workflows in order to drive strategic growth and scale the livestream community.
5. Regularly communicate data-driven creator insights to team member and interface regularly.
Qualifications：
1. Experience with companies/roles on Live Streaming, Content, Marketing, etc.
2. Understanding of the influencer industry and KSA 's entertainment scenario.
3. Ownership to cover the whole creator acquisition chain (strategy and execution plan elaboration, pitch, acquisition, retention, partnership) .
4. High engagement and interested in the industry and competitors developments.
5. Fluency in English – you will be working with the global Kwai Team.
6. Good excel skills and data-driven, analytical thinking and team player.
7. Strong communication and time-management skills, creative, and energetic.
