Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Manager


Reports to: Digital Director


Hybrid - Dubai/Abu dhabi 


The Social Media Manager will craft strategies that amplify our clients' digital presence, drive engagement, and generate results. You'll oversee all aspects of social media marketing, from conceptualising campaign strategies to analysing data-driven results, ensuring our content resonates with the target audiences and aligns with broader marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to meet client objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of social media professionals, delegating tasks and managing workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging and brand-consistent content, ensuring it speaks to our clients' narratives and marketing missions.
  • Monitor social trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of digital media evolutions, positioning our agency as a leader in innovative social media marketing.
  • Analyse campaign performance data, creating reports and actionable insights for continuous optimisation of social media efforts.
  • Manage the social media budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently and ROI is maximised for clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing them with strategic insights and regular updates on campaign progress.
  • Drive initiatives that contribute to the agency's culture and knowledge base, staying informed about emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in social media.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • Expertise in various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and management tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and proficiency in interpreting data.
  • Solid experience in content creation, with excellent writing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Leadership skills with experience in team management and the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and incorporate them into successful strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
