Role Summary
Talabat is seeking a Systems Specialist who will drive the design and development of high-quality
solutions for the finance ERP, D365. Leveraging a deep understanding of the platform's technical
architecture and cloud development methodology, this role collaborates closely with functional and
business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business processes and requirements. Additionally,
the Systems Specialist serves as a key liaison with external vendors and Microsoft technical support
to address any product-related issues impacting operations.
What’s On Your Plate?
● Understand the business process, functional requirements, and solution design documents
created by functional consultants;
● Create technical design documents and develop features/functions on D365
● Responsible for system support and incident resolution.
● Responsible for high-quality solution design and code delivery
● Work with functional and business teams to ensure the design meets feasibility
● Liaising with Microsoft technical support on issues within the product that are impacting
business as usual.
What Did We Order?
● Deep understanding of MS D365's technical architecture and cloud development
methodology.
● Good understanding of MS Sure Step ERP implementation methodology.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Worked on at least 6 end to end Microsoft ERP implementations.
● Hands-on D365 customization and development experience
