Our client is multinational retail company is looking for a UAE National as Store Officer in Dubai. Job assignments and responsibilities:
Assisting in Day to Day Activities and Administration Operations.
Facilitating Internal and External Audits and closing all audit findings.
Managing Admin Store to have updated Inventories list of stocks, daily in/out reports, requesting materials, communicating suppliers and arranging deliveries.
Managing Hospitality (Messengers) in order to provide requested consumables, Newspapers, distributions and refreshments.
Perform any other assigned duties.
Requirements
UAE National only with completed national military service (for males).
Minimum 3 years of experience with a bachelor's degree.
Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking, writing, and reading).
Good with office technologies, Good Accounting skills and paying attention to details for Auditing purposes.
Problem solving skills, and conflict management.
Taking risks, and accountability beside of Organization skills.
Interpersonal & time management skill, result oriented, and integrity.
Good understanding of Microsoft, SAP, and other CRM systems.
Has good knowledge or/and experience with business and administration roles.
