Job Description

Our British curriculum school, International School of Creative Science (ISCS) is looking for a creative, passionate and outstanding Swimming Teachers who value professional development opportunities and a good work-life balance. We expect our Teachers to deliver high quality lessons while successfully nurturing and inspiring our students. As part of our energetic and welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate students to strive for success while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all children within the school.
Swimming Teachers support, observe, and record the progress of their class. They also plan lessons in line with School and Curricula objectives, with the aim of ensuring a healthy culture of learning. To teach and coach students of all abilities, to develop swimming skills, technique and confidence in the water.

Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education or related subjects Minimum 2 years teaching experience.
Knowledge of Data Disaggregation, Analysis and Differentiation for Students Recent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding. A proven track record of successful teaching and securing outstanding results through ensuring high quality teaching and learning. The ability to use data effectively, to monitor and enhance student progress. Successfully completed (and valid certificate) Lifeguard and Swimming courses which is provided by EIAC (Emirates International Accreditation Centre). Successfully completed ASCA Level 2 Swimming teacher certification or equivalent.
