Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager. You will be responsible for managing the team, tasks, working with business requirements, planning, and monitoring goal achievement.
Responsibilities:
Team management: task allocation and monitoring of their progress, tracking deadlines and task execution quality. Managing the team backlog: evaluation, planning, task prioritization. Creating and improving processes within the team. Interacting with other teams and internal stakeholders. Participation in team formation, its development, and motivation.
Qualifications
Relevant experience of 3+ years in a Project Manager role or Team Manager role. Technical education/technical background. Experience in interacting with stakeholders and managing their expectations. Expert in Kanban and Scrum frameworks and application of it in product management and delivery Practical experience with Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence. English proficiency at the B2 level or higher.
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, trading, brokers, hedge funds, exchanges, or related areas.
