Job Description

  • Cold call a new client using a given phone directory to offer services and Answer incoming calls from prospective clients.
  • Explain the scope and utility of the company's services to a client in an attempt to convince the prospects.
  • Portray adequate involvement in knowing a client's requirements by asking relevant questions in a professional way.
  • Reach out to new clients using suitable resources and attend to queries or requirements of prospects.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional education in Marketing or Business-centric sector. (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Proficient in script reading and delivery to convey accurate messages.
  • Skilled professional, well-versed in gauging assigned scripts.
