Job Responsibilities

The Traditional Trade Manager,

  • will be in charge for expanding the company’s portfolio in Traditional Trade Channel,
  • execute the brands strategies, develop a long-term partnership with the customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives.
  • increase distribution by Brands and achieve the MSL(Must Stock List). Gain market share
  • increase visibility in the trade and securing our share of shelf in main regular category across all brands,
  • develop a Promo calendar that aligned with the brands strategies.
  • prepare volume forecast, Route to Market strategy, and develop and implement Annual Business Plans that support business objectives.

Minimum requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant Sales Distribution experience in FMCG
  • Sales & Distribution (With Proven track record)
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Self-motivation with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results.
