Royal International Construction is a relatively new name in the UAE's vibrant construction scene, but it is one that harnesses the strengths and heritage of its founders and the expert talents of its proactive management team. The company currently employs over 500 construction experts located throughout the UAE, with an unparalleled skillset covering finance, architecture, design, mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as project management. We also have an in-house team dedicated to producing high-standard technical bids and comprehensive and competitive commercial tenders.
1. Project Manager: Responsible for overall project planning, management, and execution. Supervise and coordinate various construction activities to ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule. Lead project teams, liaise with stakeholders, and mitigate risks to achieve project objectives.
2. Construction Manager: Oversee day-to-day construction operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Implement safety measures and quality control procedures on-site.
3. Technical Manager: Coordinate technical aspects of construction projects, including materials selection, engineering specifications, and design implementation. Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to project staff.
4. Site Engineer: Provide technical support on-site, coordinate with contractors, and ensure project specifications are met. Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues, and monitor construction progress. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to maintain project quality and safety standards.
5. Planning Engineer: Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and optimize resource allocation to ensure timely project completion. Utilize planning software and tools to analyze project data and identify potential risks. Coordinate with project stakeholders to adjust schedules and mitigate delays.
6. Senior QA/QC Engineer: Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes to ensure construction projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to identify defects and non-compliance issues. Provide guidance to QA/QC team members and collaborate with project stakeholders to address quality concerns.
7. QA/QC Engineer: Perform inspections, testing, and quality checks on construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Document and report quality issues and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions. Support the implementation of quality control processes.
8. Senior Quantity Surveyor: Prepare detailed cost estimates, evaluate project costs, and manage project finances throughout the construction lifecycle. Analyze project budgets, monitor expenditure, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Provide guidance to quantity surveying staff and contribute to project cost management strategies.
9. Quantity Surveyor: Assist in cost estimation and cost management for construction projects, including materials, labor, and overhead expenses. Prepare quantity take-offs, bill of quantities, and cost estimates to support project planning and budgeting. Collaborate with project teams to track costs and forecast expenditures.
10. Architectural Draughtsman: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints for construction projects, ensuring compliance with design standards and specifications. Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and resolve technical issues. Utilize drafting software and tools to produce accurate drawings.
11. Structural Draughtsman: Create detailed structural drawings and plans for construction projects, including foundations, beams, and columns. Interpret engineering designs and specifications to produce accurate and detailed drawings. Collaborate with structural engineers to resolve design challenges and ensure structural integrity.
12. Land Surveyor: Perform land surveys, collect data, and provide accurate measurements for construction projects. Utilize surveying equipment and techniques to determine property boundaries, elevation levels, and site features. Prepare survey reports and maps to support project planning and development.
13. Senior HSE Engineer: Implement safety protocols, conduct inspections, and promote a safe working environment on construction sites. Develop and deliver safety training programs for project staff, subcontractors, and vendors. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and investigate incidents to prevent reoccurrence.
14. Safety Officer: Assist in ensuring safety compliance on construction sites by conducting safety inspections, identifying hazards, and recommending corrective actions. Support the implementation of safety policies and procedures and provide safety training to project staff. Collaborate with HSE team members to promote a culture of safety and risk awareness.
