Brand Advisor and Design Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive strategies for all brands that align with the company's goals and objectives.

     • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand positioning and messaging.

      • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and Creating promotional materials

• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and promotion
• Conduct visits to hospitals, physicians, nurses, and pharmacies deliver persuasive sales presentations, and Identify opportunities for product placement and promotions within the store.
• Solid KOL management and ability to network independently in coordinating events and activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in BA, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• 2 years’ experience in brand strategy, brand design, or a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools and platforms.

• Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.

• Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
