Position Overview:


As a Business Development Specialist at Tanmyah Consultancies, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the consultancy and training industry. Your primary responsibilities will include sales, deal closing, cold-calling, outreach activities, and business generation.


Key Responsibilities, and Assignments:


Sales and Account Management: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. 


  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Deal Closing: Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals. 


  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business. 
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all deals adhere to company policies.

Cold-Calling and Outreach: Identify potential clients through market research and lead generation. 


  • Initiate cold-calling and outreach activities to introduce our consultancy and training services. 
  • Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales process.

Business Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities. 


  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company objectives. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in business development and sales, specifically in the consultancy and training industry.
  • Experienced working with GCC, mainly with the Saudi Market - KSA.
  • Strong track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional cold-calling and outreach skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the consultancy and training industry is a plus.
