Content Administrator Executive

• Achieve full understanding of the Data Entry methodology across eTail subproducts and ensure accuracy of analyzed data.
• Support direct manager with production and data quality tasks around processes related to client delivery.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise on the eTail platforms.
• Identify and report any bugs or issues encountered in the platforms to the development team for resolution and improvement.
• Compile and share feedback on data entry processes to the direct manager, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
• Collaborate with the development team to test new features implemented in eTail product, providing feedback on their performance and usability.
• Comply with CARMA policies and procedures and support CARMA mission and vision.
