Head of Source to Pay

We are looking for a Head of Source to Pay with 10-15 years of experience, Leading and directing procurement transformation initiatives throughout the company .The person in question will collaborate closely with Global Process Owners to optimize the Source-To-Pay process and promote cost savings, effectiveness, and efficiency.

• Provide the Source-To-Pay, Procurement, and Center Service Delivery teams direction and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with regional operations and corporate units to develop annual budgets and objectives.
• Create and approve performance frameworks and models for service delivery.
• Overall methodology, transition planning for scope modifications, and service placement design
• Together with SSC leadership and interested parties, creating a global framework that delineates responsibilities and functions.
• In order to track the success of Source-To-Pay transformation programs and report progress to senior management, key performance indicators (KPIs) must be designed, developed, and monitored
• a strategic perspective, potent leadership abilities, problem solving, and the capacity to implement change, optimize processes, and use analytics to produce outcomes.
• Fluency in English is a MUST
