Contact customers and follow them to know their demands and to ascertain the level of satisfaction.
Generate new leads by searching for new markets and Customers.
Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements, promote their understanding of full products, systems or services offering and provide solutions that best satisfy their needs.
Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job Accomplishments.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Negotiating tenders and contract terms and conditions to meet both client's and company's needs.
Calculating client quotations and managing administrative procedures in sales processes.
Ensure positive customer experience by following up the full cycle of the deal and communicate regularly with internal departments and customers till products delivery.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education for customers.
Prospecting new clients and driving new market opportunities in the designated market.
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
Job Requirements:
B.Sc. degree in production - electrical or Power Engineering is a must.
3-5 years professional experience within the heavy equipment sector, and preferably in related technical sales function is a must.
Good knowledge of cement block making machinery.
Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Professional proficiency in communication in Arabic & English.
Cairo Residents.
