Job Description



Responsibilities:



Managing all retailer campaigns end-to-end to deliver against brand objectives. Implementing campaigns including set-up, tracking and real-time optimization across Noon and Amazon Ads. Participating in the design of retailer search campaign strategies. Working closely with media vendors and tech partners in the execution of plans and building strong working relationships. Supporting innovation to remain ahead of the competition, connecting externally to stay in-touch with the latest trends. Collaborating with broader digital activation, digital planning and Brand teams as well as Marketing Technologists to generate and share insights. Managing budget implementation and reporting within internal guidelines and controls.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability on Amazon and Noon platforms. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion rate optimization. Monitor and ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines. Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Amazon and Noon.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree 2-4 years of experience Have expertise in retailer search campaign management including set-up, optimization and reporting with Amazon Ads, Citrus, Noon and/or Criteo (at least one of these is essential). Experience managing large budgets is highly advantageous. Are proactive, accountable, and curious to learn with a desire to move projects forwards to deliver results. Are competent using Microsoft Office Package. Strong communication skills Problem solving ability with a mindset for curiosity. Demonstrated analytical thinking.
