Our client: Our client, a leading E-commerce solutions company is looking to hire a Performance Marketing Lead to be based in Dubai.
Your role: You will be responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention of the new and existing clients within the region. The primary focus will be on refining digital advertising campaigns across diverse channels to amplify the return on ad investment, ROI and attain business goals.
Must have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is required. You should possess 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, demonstrating a proven track record of effectively managing and refining digital advertising campaigns. Preferably, this experience includes direct involvement in online marketing and brand management within the fashion retail or lifestyle sector. A comprehensive understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools is essential, including proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads, and Google Analytics. Exposure to branding, advertising, and online marketing, particularly through agency experience, with a focus on the eCommerce domain, is highly desirable. Strong analytical capabilities are necessary, enabling you to interpret data and metrics to extract actionable insights and enhance campaign performance. Furthermore, excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial, as you will be expected to work efficiently within a cross-functional team environment.
